This is true. So far LAHO commons haven’t gotten anything. There was nothing in the in the “clarification” that said they will NEVER get anything (which is what the narrative of the last 24 hours has been here). We can certainly debate whether the shareholders will get anything down the road, but the FACT is that none of us actually know the answer. It’s all conjecture and opinions.

From what I can tell, we’ll be waiting a while to find out.
