The defendants have argued that plaintiffs do not have standing and courts do not have jurisdiction, in different courts depending on what ever serves them at that moment in time.

Mob "Taking" is clearly visible in broad day light and presence of bureaucratic mob stench can be felt every where.

SCOTUS should have resolved this issue long time back. Lower courts are incapable of resolving such a well planned insider and outsider job.
