She stated in the video that they are not packing the sacks too tight so that they don't crush the buds.

To my knowledge, the hemp grown in NC was tall hemp to be used in the commercial products only... If that's the case, the weight would differ.

The commercial hemp products I am referring to are the ones that are mixed with kenaf and those sacks would be much denser and heavier because the biomass is chopped up pretty fine. Also, it is much less valuable.
