I've got no agenda here whatsoever, other than seeking truth about our prospects, and cutting through the smoke. I don't mind at all if people, Rainmaker especially, can bring us the rational alternative perspectives about DESTQ that we should consider. I like to look at all scenarios diligently, as I know you all have been doing so well. I realize I overlooked some things, such as the all important line about Marquee assuming some liabilities. Not sure yet if that means shareholders or just paying the unsecured claims.
Longs can still win but we are very much still the underdogs here. It's a very far cry from when we were calling this a no brainer, easy ten bagger, isn't it? If it ever hits 0.40 or 0.70 nobody will call that easy, it's been a rough road as these documents trickle out. Yet I find it plain fascinating that our winning outcome now hinges mostly on a closed door private auction sale in New York tomorrow! We've been waiting patiently for this outcome for weeks with the only piece of good news being that there was a buyout bid (news which has basically increased the market value about 50% from low .04's to low .06's). It's sort of like a Game Seven now, all or nothing scenario.
I'm not asking people to sell, just be careful about the news you read and make sure you check any calculations provided!
