This guy gets basic facts completely wrong. Specifically he says that dextromethadone is an opioid. It is not. He says that dextromethadone is an S-enantiomer. It is the opposite. R stands for the Latin rectus meaning “right”. S stands for the Latin sinister meaning “left”. Dextro means “right”. Levo means “left”. So D- and R- are synonymous and L- and S- are synonymous. Dextromethadone is the right-handed enantiomer not the left-handed. Straight racemic methadone contains both D and L methadone.
My response to the author would be “what are you? Ignorant?”

Besides not knowing his left from his right he says
he has no axe but that warning to shorts was odd. Trying to justify his error in his October report that ‘the phase 2 will Fail’ ?
