Reverse mergers are almost always events that are highly profitable for existing shareholders.

However I don't think a REVERSE merger is coming.

I think there may be a merger, or there may be a capital raise, or something else.

I think it's clear that SOMETHING is being set up though. Imo that is why the filings and the Hygieia product lineup is being withheld. I wouldn't be surprised if we hear something shortly.

Remember that this company acquired 35,000,000$ worth of technology and has just under thirty employees. Imo this will be big
