You had said "usually get 50 cents on the dollar" which I refuted by saying these are some outlier cases. You then named the same specific outliers that always get named by would be hopefuls. Are we not both saying the exact same thing, minus the spin? And what does AA's situation have to do with Destination Maternity? The total claims papers filed on 12/6 indicate that we are below zero, sunk.

I had noticed that the 32M in unsecured claims originally filed on primeclerk by the end of the prior month did not even include Wells Fargo which is a most substantial claim. Rather than pretend we were in the clear, I did raise a fair amount of suspicions and doubts along the way, but I'm not sure if my messages are getting across because I'm usually cast aside as a source of non-senses and misinformation...
