Thank you Humbert, that is the kind of unturned stone I was hoping for. I think that we will need some type of relief from the worst case scenario which I envisioned when I first read the 89M in claims, a number much larger than the 32M claims that we could see as of Nov.29. Another "what if" that may come into play is if any news whatsoever comes out, that the market interprets as favorable, such as the original bid news that spiked the share price and volume at open the next day.

As for how it happens, we need all the breaks we can get.

I keep wondering too what the department of treasury's claim represents because how can a company owe 27M if they don't make any profits?
