Will overpayment be returned to the Companies OR Will the courts deem entire conservatorship illegal from the beginning?



Sweeney doesn't have the legal authority to do anything about the second one except for calculating how much in damages to award to FnF.

She cannot actually overturn the conservatorships, 10% dividends on the seniors, warrants, or even the NWS. She can only award money damages.

What is it that you're expecting from her, and why do you think she has the legal authority to do it?
