It's the price manipulation which is why the price is so low.



I think it has way more to do with the potential RS hanging over this company than manipulation.

It's more about potential investors not knowing what may occur with the RS and watching and waiting.

It's a sad situation we are in right now. Significant steps forward are PR'd to deaf ears.

Investors want to know what's up with the RS.

Without the RS we would be much higher. We have all seen it.
