My group controls 44 million shares. this stock has done nothing sense we were purchased. at that time there was only 8 million shares on the float,200 million authorized, we were on a two year restriction, the stock price was 24 cents, during that time someone started dumping shares ten's of millions of shares???
I believe it was Ed Hayter. a pump and dumper. where did all these shares come from???
