I am not implying the certification isn't an important milestone and a necessity. I am saying the investing community doesn't give a sh1t at this point. They need funding to finish. IMO Obtaining international standardization does little for share price. Find the money to finish and you get investor interest and bargaining power. Without that, this milestone does very little.

Whether they want to go it alone or not, Titan loses all bargaining power if they don't have a viable plan to finish. They are dead in the water.
