Nobody is disputing Silverbell owns the land rights or land claim.
And many investors BELIEVE FLPC will mine again, whether it's Fencemaker or not.
The point is if an agreement can be reached on Fencemaker as FLPC has all the necessary paperwork with the state of Nevada already in place.

Fencemaker is in standby mode.
If Silverbell wants to make a go of it without FLPC, they can, but will have to jump through all the regulatory hoops in order to mine.
That will cost a lot of time and money to go through a process FLPC already has.

I believe a mutually beneficial solution can be reached between FLPC and the majority shareholders of Silverbell to get the mine up and running again.

Time will tell.
