The California court case will (probably) have some "movement" as this will be coming up:

This doesn't seem like the entire case itself but only regarding the issue of one of the FDA's employees/experts testimony. From the document, it seems the trial date itself is February 11, 2020.

Anyone can correct me if I'm wrong.
