Understand this.

Maybe they will go up, because there is always one
fool out there dumber than I am.

However, they cannot be exercised. Only the existing
number of shares ( without the warrants ) will be paid
at the liquidation. The warrants cannot be converted
into shares.

Therefore, they can have NO value.
