It's not so much a doubt of this making money. The hesitation comes from the fact they are asking for a r/s and total share increase. The times I've been in during an r/s the price immediately dropped same thing with dilution from a share increase. I sold and made money, now I'll sit back until after the vote to see what their plans are. There is plenty of time to get back in.
