Sperri - I’m gonna give everyone some component pieces and I’ll let y’all see if they add up. No bias, just facts. Let’s see if all these coincidences add up.

Garnock - VRUS - Disruption Labs - International Food print - Food/Vitamins/Bioscience - Texas - nutraceuticals - Contract Manufacturing

Okay Now for VRUS:

Anshu - Garnock - VRUS - Success Labs - Exporting/International Food print - Food/CPG - Texas - Nutraceuticals - Manufacturing

No assumptions just pulling details out various PRs and websites.

I’m begging someone to please argue that all of these things are a mere coincidence.

Here’s one — there are 50 states in the US that VRUS could have randomly bought a building and started a manufacturing facility. They are based in Maryland/DC — there are shipping ports in NY and VA, but they chose TEXAS, HOUSTON .....2 hours from AUSTIN, TEXAS home of Disruption Labs to start an eerily familiar sounding “Success Labs” manufacturing facility ....hmmmm

Yep, no other empty building or commercial development in the US to occupy other than in Houston, Texas.

If the connections to Garnock and his Disruption Labs/Reset Bioscience/Nutraceutical business is not becoming clear to anyone, they are missing all the clues.

Said it before with the Nutribrands deal -will say it again- we have been waiting all of 2019 to learn what AG is doing here in VRUS....IT IS NOW HAPPENING BEFORE EVERYONES EYES.

Side note - I think we need to do more digging into the McGowan (sp?) M&A guy. We haven’t dug deep enough I don’t think. We haven’t seen any of his workings at VRUS. They brought such a high caliber M&A guy on for a reason ...it was either to give them firepower and credibility to orchestrate some big time acquisition or specifically for credibility at this LD micro conference. I don’t think we have seen the real reason he signed up with VRUS yet. He’s bringing the heavy artillery, but it wasn’t to start a manufacturing facility or expand BLF...it’s something else and I truly think it’s gonna be big. Experience and credibility is everything in M&A work and bringing in someone of his caliber was to make sure when you got a meeting with VRUS it isn’t to play around/be some joke OTC company, they mean serious business.
