Bob *did* raise capital "for expansion" ... back when he claimed SVTE was going to buy a landscaping company 2 hours away...

because the obvious expansion for a truck body manufacturing company is... mowing lawns in san diego???

That was the most obvious signal to ALL investors that management was loony tunes and would guaranteed lose all their money.
