I did read that post and agree on all points. I've worked with little tiny companies, non public, and seen how long simple buyouts can take. I do have a very strong sense of the behind the scenes complexities involved. With numbers as high as theirs must be, well, teams, not just individuals are involved. Once each team is ready then they have to merge progress with other teams, the process is beyond extensive....
We've seen a good bit happen. Updating the white paper frequently is a good sign. The sponsorship of the recent conference was a very big sign imo.
I've watched and looked up past Lazar sells all year. Many companies with nothing near as promising or currently in play like ours have seen prices from $5 to $10. Some have slid back to half of that but still hold, on the Pink sheets. If we really move to the big board then we'll be in a cherry position. More factors above just the earnings will come into play. The expansion of applications into so many areas is huge.
The longer I'm here and the more I learn the more I think it will be one for many to remember for years as an example. As long as management does things right. That's always so key. Great ideas are squat if management is incompetent or otherwise dysfunctional. I see that all the time. So far, I have no complaints about management. If I get any bad signs from them then I will be gone in a heartbeat. But for now, skies are clear and sunny. Hope it stays that way. They have a lot of experience behind them fortunately.
