Agree, currently quite undervalued.

... and yes, the dividend looks safe

... but how long will they pay such a high percentage now that price has fallen?

So far company seems committed to the high dividend, probably knowing
how a cut would affect pps

Have you seen this before?

I like this one. At this price you receive a 27% dividend. Nice to get the return as long as the company stays afloat which from all intents purposes seems that is the case.

Note. 500 block bought.
