Trying to buy UTSI but gap up holds.

UTSI controls >60% of the China telecom market but someone "upgraded" from "sell" to "hold" this morning. Not a Chinese "internet" stock; more like the old AT&T with a billion anxious consumers. More later. (Have a write-up but don't know how to post on this board. Anyone help?)
