-No significant buying interest in WRFX
-WRFX has a legal problem with Brad
-Brad is still a shareholder
-New CFO not named
-Tax amount not provided
-No name & symbol change
-Mick is supposedly interim CEO

-A so-called a “Cyber Security” company was taken over by an unknown person(s). RME @ all of it
