A good product doesn't always equal success, especially with a proven inept business manager the likes of which Eric has proven to be. This company could have been successful, but the utter incompetence of Eric and horrific business endeavors has ruined this company for present shareholders.

The only thing left to do now is R/S AGAIN, and start from scratch with another CEO.
