Remember that with the huge sums of cash that they have on hand which are equivalent to $1.00 cash per share, the company has a net asset value (assets - liabilities) of $6.17 per share.
Also remember that a Wall St analyst recently stated that he thought fair value for the company at this stage of renegotiations was over $3.00 per share.
The company is seeking financing to re-open it’s largest mine which it wants to incorporate into its current borrowing costs.
Remember that the company also has $900m in revenues annually!
