Personally I think NP is going to sign a deal "soon" as he keeps saying, and I think we get BLA and FDA approval as expected. What I am thinking about is when do I buy more stock.?

If this deal does not have a decent amount of up front cash. And we are months from revenue....and if there is still a motivated seller in the form of RP. Then I still have quite a bit of time to buy cheap shares.

I think I remember hearing NP or "soneone" saying that the up front cash wasn't expected to be alot...but I just don't remember.

Any in site from anyone who has been through these things in non-revenue companies?
