That was an interesting article and certainly has relevance to a poorly designed concept (movie pass) one that had deceit in mind from the get go. The only correlation I see w/Helios and Clovis is the nature in which the short attack took place. Helios was a service orientated business which produced no value while Clovis provides a product that is value producing. That is all.
