So when did the increase in Authorized happen? In the 10Q filed 3 weeks ago, they stated the authorized was 500 Million and only 1 class. The OTC update on Nov 22 shows only 500 Million Authorized with 493,327,054 issued and only 1 class. Now the TA states there is 900 Million Authorized ?
I wonder if the Nevada SOS Filing on Nov.27 re. a share Amendment was the increase? The filing that none of us can open to view.
On the SOS page where it showed Authorized shares it said 500 Million Authorized and underneath that it showed 400 Million Authorized. No common or preferred designations. It’s about as clear as their PR’s
