The whole login info thing seems pretty ridiculous at this point, it shouldn't take this long. Whenever a business or company says things like such-and-such "could take up to 30 days," or "within 24 hours" etc...those time frames are meant to be the worst case scenario, just to cover themselves.

There is likely some other issue we're unaware of, or, Liz (and all of us) are being played.
