I think IBCX should change the times in which they release their PR's. A lot of the PR's lately have been after the market closes.
The best time for the company to release it's PR's is during trading hours. Between 12:00 P.M. to 12:30 P.M. is the best time time to have PR's. That's when investors come back from lunch and are ready to "Rock and Roll".
I am going to contact IBCX and suggest this to them. If a few more people suggest this idea to them they will realize that this is correct.
