I got a question now.

Why has Weiss bought nearly $ 900,000 of this stock
in the last 4 weeks at around the $ 5.30 to $ 5.40
area, if the company is returning the IPO proceeds
to the original investors ?

Would there not be "NO" money in the company ?

In addition, it says that there is no value in the
warrants, in terms of the returning of money.

My question is ::::: what gives ? Why would there
be any value to this company if there will be no
shareholders left ?

What have I missed ?
