Here is a little food for thought.

MSSV shares exist. They will continue to exist through the completion of the Threesome RM. SHs just like us own shares of MSSV. If GSCG is making tons of money, their pps would continue to benefit. Current SHs win...supposedly.

The thought of doing an RM originated with LAHO shareholders. They were also to share in any gains that the RM would create via the pps. They would have been in the same situation MSSV shareholders are in now.

While at LAHO, it was moving in that direction and accepted by all that it WOULD happen. Everyone, including management, was content with that thought, existing O/S (4B) and sharing with existing loyal shareholders.

Then SEC. Now including MSSV to avoid the SEC barrier and still attain public trade....only the ticker changes initially (GSCG calls the shots in having that symbol change) with little affect on impacting the new RM O/S or bottom cost line (MSSV sure looks like a shell) - MSSV only has an O/S of around 11 or 12 million.

So I ask you -what has really changed? Why wouldn't management continue to honor LAHO shares if they intended to under the old arrangement? If they currently honor existing MSSV shares, why wouldn't LAHO shareholders conclude that theirs will also?

Current MSSV SHs and LAHO SHs one big happy family...
