The high percentage moves, caused by a tiny number of trades in GERS stock and a tiny number of shares involved in each trade, are an indicator that someone who wants large percentage moves in his own brokerage account can have them.

Nice to know, but why would somebody want to have large percentage moves in his own brokerage account without being able to put them to a real profit? It's a just paper profit or loss if you aren't able to sell the shares at that price.
