It is my understanding they wish to use the share increase and cash on hand to make a rather substantial acquisition that would dramatically affect the company's balance sheet in a positive way and bring value to the company's shareholders. We have all been waiting for a while, but I am encouraged that they did not just do any acquisition to keep the momentum going. Brain Goodman seems to be very strategic and calculated in his business decisions as we all can see by GMGI's consistent growth.

This is good for us IMHO.
