Who were those very stupid 0.0001 sellers? Why selling a 0.0001-Bottom stock at mere $69K Market Value which is the Lowest MV in USA stock history among over 1,000 of its OTC peers? At the Lowest-Possible price 0.0001 I'm willing to buy up to the Entire Tiny float (350M shares).

LOL, every time when I saw the shares dumping at 0.0001 I always placed the bid at 0.0001 but I never got a Single share filled so far!

ACTL can easily surge back to 0.022 again with very good news...
