If you multiply the current ask by 500 you are not going to get $1. Clearly they know this and are anticipating the possibility of doing an RS at some point after the acquisition. Otherwise it would be pointless. I'm pretty sure i read somewhere their intentions to go on the NAZ and with an acquisition under their belts it seems like it would be the right time to do it.
