$RESI in talks for buyout...sleeper for sure. 03:31 AM EST, 12/05/2019 (MT Newswires) -- Front Yard Residential (RESI) is in advanced talks to be acquired by Amherst Holdings, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg News.
The real estate investment trust, which has a market value of about $691 million, in May launched a strategic review as part of a settlement with activist investor Snow Park Capital Partners, according to the report.
Front Yard and Amherst declined to comment, according to Bloomberg.
