NO, I was wrong. Can’t win every game. Learned a valuable lesson about hiring expensive hookers, they’re all just cheap whores, so when buying stocks or hookers, always stay on the side of pink. Nothing is safe on the NYSE so no risk is worth it there, because the reward isn’t anything beyond stashing cash under your pillow, or buying gemstones like I do. 100 carats of diamonds will always be in my safe deposit box. And They move with the DOW and never R/S. So with IIPR and any NYSE listed stock going forward, I’ll treat them with the same respect I treat my pink sheet whores. I should never have trusted the NYSE label.
