There was a press release Nov. 15th laying out the following sequence of events:

The new power supply has now been built and quality-tested at the manufacturing facility and is scheduled for shipment to the demonstration site by the manufacturer in the next few days. With this delivery, we remain on schedule to restart AOT demonstration testing before the end of the year."

Using the above timeline, the power supply unit should already be onsite. Both the new grid pack and the new more robust power supply unit should be either hooked up or nearly hooked up to the AOT. Testing should resume very soon.
