they aren't coming out with any guidance. They were to give an update on their progress at doing so in late summer/early fall. They failed to do that. At most they will come out with (probably not even that) is they are still sitting on their thumbs. They just came out with their "update" which was to say how bad cbd is. They certainly aren't coming out soon with guidelines to allow cbd.
