I highly doubt they are "wise guys", they prolly only see "wise guys" if they can afford to go to Sparks in Manhattan or Marco Polo in Carroll Gardens Brooklyn, or get off the D train at New Utrecht in Bensonhurst Brooklyn and walk down the sidewalk near a Social Club.

Other than that, they are not anywhere near wise in one way shape or form. And the local Social Clubs in Brooklyn resemble nothing like what is on TV. They are more like Bingo rooms.
