Looks to me it's only gaining interest. There are solid bids all the way through the 3's not being sold in to and with a possible filing, PR or tweet of plans happening any day the chances of getting back in after that at this level is low. We saw the move from $0.003 to $0.005 in a few minutes on the custodian grant. Any update now with more shares locked will make that move look small. Look no further than EMPM for the Dixon affect. I am surprised it's still under $0.01 to be honest. But won't be for long imo.
