Rotman’s furniture question for anymore capable of explaining. If a customer buys furniture through financing, is that sale shown in full for that quarter or year the sale occurred or is it carried over to when the customer makes the payment?

If someone is going into the housing market to buy up a bunch of rental properties, they may eventually own 20 buildings. They may owe a lot of money to banks, but they have cash flow coming in and out constantly. That still makes them plenty of money and able to buy more properties. Just like Rotman’s is able to do with their furniture and now VYST.

I still like the future of VYST. Still holding strong and will continue to add when I can.
They have a revolving inventory and sales line. Which holds plenty of equity...correct?
