Prestell sales speculation:
1. Raise cash? $1.5M for xmas shopping. Simply getting some cash for his sale of his company to CYdy.
2. Tax sale. Short term tax loss to post against other gains. acquired nov '18.
3. Regulatory strategy. At less than 5% no longer subject to reporting requirements.
4. Fight for CYDY position/control by driving SP down to oust NP and hurt other 5% + BOD members who cannot sell w/o BK company.

I hope it's just 1-3 as now neg pressure on SP may lift. As has been pointed out here before- Hope is not a good investment strategy.
