I think BLA is already baked into the price. I know many are thinking it’s a major trigger but it’s only a submission, not approval.

It may be more anti-climatic now that it’s been built up so high. Approval or a sale are the only two things that are moving the price.

Hell, maybe if we could cure cancer it would move....oh wait, forget I said that! :)

For starters, any company interested needs a non-refundable check for $10M to see the data during DD. If they back out of the deal for any reason other than those specifically laid out in the terms, they lose their earnest money! I’m starting to think these companies get a months-long peek under the hood then walk away, purposely wasting our time! This is where a skilled negotiator is needed
