Good analysis.. As I read through the introduction of this article (first four paragraphs) it's amazing how extreme the report avoids saying that we have finally developed technology to make coal usage safer for our environment. Or how Clean Coal technology can help limit carbon emissions and reduce the amount of coal used globally from coal power country's like China , India , Russia , Indonesia.

Because these are ultra-critical points directly related to the company, their technology and related to the future of coal production in America and controlling pollution coming into Americas atmosphere from other nations, We must be a responsible steward of our natural energy resources.
Its absurd to even suggest to ban coal without exploring ways through technology to improve its efficiency! No, We must proceed in the development process. It's not even debatable and Oklahoma is still to blame for the 4 year delay because they would not allow storage or testing of international coal.
The prospect of getting coal exported from Powder River Basin through a west coast export transfer facility (s)
is looking good to because of CCTI dust free coal. The clean coal tech has been injected into the Washington state federal court case. City of Longview WA latest argument was that too many extra coal trains would make extra noise but now we have new block for that because our clean coal process means less coal will be transported because of higher efficiency burn process. So less needed to use.

" CCT moved the facility to Fort Union in Wyoming, where it quickly gained support from a number of other local powers, which helped the project to transition from effective theory to practical success, the stumbling block for many new technological innovations"

“We’ve tried to do every single thing to mitigate or eliminate any concerns about the effectiveness of this technology,” said Neary.

“We’ve got a very strong platform for this launch, both domestically in the US, but also globally.”

Cheers!
