In reality, not a total scam, (not saying Ben Ward and other are not CROOKS) just a scam on regular shareholders. Even the tricky wording on the release about the restructuring. They are careful not to say CHAPTER 11 BANKRUPTCY. Senior debt holders and juniors can make out nicely after the restructure, it all depends on the valuation the lawyers come up with for the company. Like I said when I first came here there is value in their assets, that is why no liquidation. The 50% stake in the Germany company could be worth a LOT if the company meets their goals. The cryto company is willing to loan them up to 25 million on their Canadian Assets says value also. BUT as a common shareholder the stock usually goes tozero and they issue the junior and senior HOLDERS the NEW shares. !!!
