The date of Nov 20 is juicy. Since the date that the last 10-Q was due was Nov 21. It makes sense they delayed the report because they needed to wait for the results to be completed.

Also the Dr. running the trials is on the board of Nanobeak. So, by keeping us small fish in the dark by stating the trials were suspended he likely caused some panicked selling and made his shares easier to unload.
