Police allege they altered attorney letters to reflect having legitimately bought the bakery
Vincent DeMasi, 51, of Toronto, and Evangelos Karayannopoulos, 49, of Oakville, also known as Evan Kerras, have been charged with fraud over $5,000 and uttering a forged document.
"Police are concerned there may be more victims," Kwong said in a release.
