while it is not the steal it was under a nickel, I still believe Water now is an incredible opportunity. I'll accumulate on any spikes down to 8 cents if possible, the day for this company is not that far away in time, but it's a lot in terms or share price, that I am confident of.

Targeting 40 - 60 cents. They need to get that short term financing that they talked about in the last press release, and if they can then I believe its game over (the good game over)
