If they are able to sell Algovita and cover creditors and more, my guess is they hold on to Virtis and wait for an approval before selling it.

There are two competitors with devices on the market, one is Medtronics and that device is old, the second is Axonics and that device and Virtis look close to a wash to me. Axonics has a $670mm market cap and had a $1b market cap as recently as July and it just received approval this fall.

I think NVTRQ would be smart to hold onto Virtis and see this approval play out. The upside if it is approved would be significant imo.
